Are you doing the ketogenic lifestyle to lose some serious weight after the holidays and are already getting sick and tired of the same low carb high fat recipes? Bacon and steak are terrific foods to eat but 7 days in a row they do become boring.
As I was googling “Non boring keto recipes that are easy to make” I discovered myskinnyplate.com and found a keto mexican pizza that is a copycat of Taco Bell’s Mexican pizza and I nearly drooled over my keyboard. No joke.
The cheesy godlike substance has only 4 carbs per slice, but who can stop at one slice? Not me! But here’s the kicker, the ENTIRE pie dish has 16 net carbs and would be a perfect dish to have when I’m doing the IF, which is intermittent fasting where I don’t eat for 20 hours then have a 4 hour window to gorge on my one big meal.
I’m super looking forward to shredding my dadbod and now I can do it while eating my favorite foods that gone-keto!
